While he/she is gone, his authority has been delegated and matters of concern are either sourced out by Secretary-, or addressed with him personally via phone/fax/E-mail. Exceeds = Manager has achieved more efficient use of time and information availability, and productivity between Manager and Secretary has increased as a result of attending a time-management seminar. |

Documents being used currently are tracked through pending file or set of organized files to be kept on Managers desk. Computer issues involving changes in software and continual file management are addressed as they arise (noted by the secretary or those requesting help). |
